Regina (S.O.R.T Operative)

An elite member of a special task force, Regina is a weapons specialist. She is excellent at handling all firearms. Modifying Weapons is her hobby. Regina is agile and excels at stealth actions. She analyzes all situations and takes action on her good judgment.


DR. KIRK

Research scientist Dr. Kirk was reported to have died in a lab explosion three years ago. Though young, Dr. Kirk is an authority on energy technology. When the explosion occurred, he was experimenting with the ultimate clean energy known as the “Third Energy”. This egocentric genius is totally focused on his research and doesn’t care how it might affect society. He is selfish, highly emotional, and unable to separate wrong from right. He’ll stop at nothing to complete his research.

GAIL (S.O.R.T Commander)

An experienced veteran working with Regina on this mission, Gail has developed an impressive reputation based on his icy judgment and strong will.

For him, a mission is a game of chess, and everything in it including team members is a tool to be manipulated at will.

RICK (S.O.R.T Tech Operative)

Rick is gifted with numerous special abilities including computer knowledge and heavy equipment/vehicle operation. He is humane and always puts his team members first. His compassion for friend and foe alike sometimes presents an obstacle to completing a mission.

Cooper (S.O.R.T Comunications Operative) No Picture available

Operative who was the communications officer. M.I.A. During Covert Operation on Ibis Island.

Tom (Undercover Military Agent) No Picture available

Tom is an undercover agent for S.O.R.T. (Secret Operations Raid Team) who discovered that Dr. Kirk was all hale and hearty on Ibis Island, Tom reported that Dr. Kirk was not working on Third Energy at this island, he had made friends with scientist on the island, to find out what was going on with the involvement of Dr. Kirk

Raptor
This is the base enemy that is responsible for most attacks. When possible, fire your gun at close range, as it is more accurate and therefore deadly. As the game goes on, a different color raptor appears and is more difficult to take out.

Pterodactyl
This is a winged dinosaur that attacks with little warning. If you are skilled enough to zigzag while running, it is better to not waste the ammunition.



Compys
These are annoying little scavenger dinosaurs. They can either be ignored, taken out one by one with the handgun, or if you have the ammo to spare, taken out in bunches with a shotgun blast.


Therizino
These are very aggressive dinosaurs that use their claws rather than tail or teeth to attack. They show up a lot in the mission mode but also turn up at the most inopportune times in the regular game. The grenade gun is best used to combat this threat.

T-Rex
The main boss at the end of the game, the T-rex also appears in a number of specific places throughout the game. A huge dinosaur, it causes by far the most destruction. Use a shotgun to keep it at bay in the earlier game sequences.

Dino Tactics and Techniques

Unusually for an action-adventure game, patience is the key to successful gameplay. Ammunition is very scarce and must be conserved whenever possible. However, this does not mean that you shouldn't use the ammunition, just don't blast away needlessly. Fire at the dinosaur until it falls down and make sure that there is a pool of blood underneath it. If there isn't blood, it isn't dead.

Make use of the emergency boxes. These green, yellow, and red boxes contain medication (green), ammunition (red), or both (yellow). To open the boxes, a number of plugs are required. Collect these plugs wherever you find them. Previously opened boxes can also be accessed.

Listen for music and sound cues. They will usually tell you when you have come into a room or corridor that contains trouble.

Regina and Dr. Kirk are awesome. Rick's cool too.. just somethings that he says are fruity. Gail's boring and bossy, and he doesn't like.. do anything... except send Regina out to do something.

Y'know.. I once emptied every single bullet I had on him once... of course I didn't go much further after that... but anyway... bonehead still wouldn't die! I was so angry! All that for nothing!
