Basis for promotion:

2nd Lieutenant- 0-29 posts
1st Lieutenant- 30- 99
Captain- 100-200
Major- 201-449
Lt. Colonel- 450 and above
Colonel- Global Moderator Status
General- Administrator Status

The perks are, u don't have to listen to anybody lower ranking than u. And if u don't like them, u can ask us to demote them or any other penalty. And if u are like a Sergeant First Class and u want to become an officer u have to give up 100 posts. Perks of being an officer, u will be considered an Admin, but not have the powers, report the person to us, and u will get ur desired effect if we think it is serious enough. If u want to become an officer, u start out as a 2nd. Lieutenant. Just becuz we have our military ranks now, doesn't mean we have to be strict, straight back, dried up pieces of monkey shit. U can still insult other people as long as they are lower ranking then u. If the person u are insulting is higher rank, u must put the phrase "With all due respect Sir/M'aam in ur insult. OK?? Ok, we should be good, i will add more if i think of any more.
