There are many games like that, so what's special about Zero Hour? Do you replay old WWI and II battles?

It's Real time strategy that happens in modern day time. There are the Chinese, the GLA (Global Liberation Army), and the USA. GLA have the Scud Strike, USA has the Particle cannon, and the Chinese have the Nuclear Missile silo.
